our products 100%.
If our steel products are
delivered defective,
then we will replace them FREE of charge within 30 days of
purchase.
 All
we ask is that you send us the broken or damaged product as evidence, and
write us a note as to what is broken. Once we receive the broken product, we
will send you a brand new identical replacement.
We respectably
request that you in no way purposefully destroy the tool to test our
policy and that you pay to ship us the broken product.
We in turn
promise to send you a brand new replacement.
